 Baghdad receives invitation to take part in World Government Summit

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – The Iraqi Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, received on Wednesday an invitation to participate in the World Government Summit 2024.

The invitation was handed over to Al-Sudani by the UAE Ambassador to Iraq, Salem Al-Zaabi, who also conveyed the greetings of the President of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, according to a statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

The invitation was sent by the Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates to participate in the summit that will be held in Dubai this coming February.

Al-Sudani emphasized that the relationship between Iraq and the UAE is strong, noting the importance of the summit and its impact on the services provided to citizens.

From February 12 to 14, governments, international organizations, and leaders of the private sector from all over the world will come together for the summit, which aims to foster international cooperation and empower governments to find creative answers to future challenges in order to motivate the next generation of leaders.
