Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – Hot Dog on a Stick’s parent company, FAT Brands, has disclosed a new development agreement to launch 10 franchised locations in Iraq.

The Hot Dog on a Stick restaurants will open nationwide over the next five years thanks to a partnership with Global Vita USA LLC, with the first ones scheduled to do so in 2024.

Global Vita USA LLC announced a development deal in Iraq earlier this year with FAT Brands’ other eateries, which include Fatburger, Buffalo’s Express, Great American Cookies, and Marble Slab Creamery. “Global Vita USA LLC continues to be a great growth partner for FAT Brands in the Middle East,” said Taylor Wiederhorn, Chief Development Officer of FAT Brands.

“This expansion signifies our commitment to bringing the classic Hot Dog on a Stick experience to global audiences in the years to come,” added Wiederhorn.

In Santa Monica, California, the first Hot Dog on a Stick originally opened its doors in 1946. The brand, which began as a food stand but has now expanded to over 50 locations.
