 Iraq, Jordan sign 7 agreements in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – The Jordan-Iraqi Joint Committee convened its 29th session in Baghdad, Iraq’s capital. 

The committee was led by the Iraq’s Ministry of Industry and Minerals and Jordan’s Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply.

Seven agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for cooperation in the domains of investment, labor, vocational training, social development, commerce, tourism, antiquities, and culture, according to WAM, were inked by the two parties.

The Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce and the Jordan Chamber of Commerce also inked a joint cooperation agreement.

Along with addressing trilateral cooperation plans including Jordan, Iraq, and Egypt, the meeting also followed up on the implementation of agreements taken during the three countries leaders’ meetings.
