 Iraqi FM confirms Iraq became more stable

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – The Iraqi Foreign Minister, Fuad Hussein, confirmed on Friday that Iraq became more stable, indicating the success of the provincial council elections.

Hussein’s remarks took place during his meeting with the Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hanke Bruins Slot, in the headquarters of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to a statement released by the Iraqi Foreign Ministry.

Slot indicated the importance of the meeting in light of the ongoing escalation in Gaza and the Middle East.

The Iraqi Foreign Minister called on the Netherlands to play a more significant role in Iraq, particularly in the fields of water and agriculture.

Hussien emphasized that Iraq is attempting to spare the Palestinian people the tragedies caused by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip.

The Dutch Foreign Minister highlighted the significance of the broader participation of the Netherlands in the projects carried out by the Iraqi government.
