British mother and her 4 children arrested in Turkey

(IraqiNew.com) Baghdad – British police announced the arrest of a mother and her four children in Turkey, while they were on their way from London to Syria.

The family disappeared from home in east of London last week and it was thought they had left the United Kingdom from London Airport, says the police.

The British police says it is in contact with the Turkish authorities, asserting that the Turkish police has arrested the mother and the four children, who are between the ages of 4 and 12 years old.

It is believed that the mother, 33-year-old, was trying to catch up with her sister and her sister’s husband, who traveled to Syria last year.
