Abadi made “irrational” decision to hold fire against ISIS in al-Anbar says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Thursday the State of Law Coalition MP, Hanan al-Fatlawi, criticized Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi’s decision to hold fire in the clashing areas in al-Anbar as an irrational decision.

Fatlawi stated for IraqiNews, “Abadi’s decision to hold fire in ISIS hot spots was not very wise of him and might cause many deaths to our sons in al-Anbar,” adding that “the state of Law Coalition received several calls for help from the Iraqi troops in al-Anbar.”

Al-Fatlawi called PM Abadi to defer his decision of holding fire in these areas, or otherwise withdraw the Iraqi forces from western provinces.
