Hakim supports international aid to fight ISIS

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, said during the Wednesday forum that “We support the foreign and international aids for fighting the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant.”
