Heated debate among SLC MPs, IS MPs over Alwani’s statements against Shiite

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A heated debate took place among the MPs of the State of Law Coalition from one hand and the MPs of the Iraqiya Slate of the other hand on the background of the statements launched by MP, Ahmed al-Alwani, against Shiite.

Parliamentary source stated to IraqiNews.com “MPs Yasin Majeed and Adnan al-Shahmani, of the SLC started a heated debate with MPs, Ahmed al-Msari and Salman al-Jumaili, of the IS where the debate turned into engagement with hands on the background of Alwani’s statements.”

“Among the reasons behind the debate is the SLC objection for the intention of hosting the Finance Minister, Rafi al-Esawi, by the parliament to clarify the case of his guards’ arrest,” the source concluded.
