Iraqi News publishes questions of investigation committee to Maliki over armament deals with Russia
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A source within the parliamentary investigation committee for the corruption issues accompanied the armament deal with Russia, revealed the questions of the committee to the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, over this issue.
The source stated to IraqiNews.com “There were four questions to Maliki, which are
1- Was the deal signed with initials?
2- Is it true that the former Spokesperson of the government, Ali al-Dabbagh, informed you about the existence of the corruption with this deal?
3- Dabbagh and MP, Ezzat al-Shabandar of the State of Law Coalition said that the Russian President informed you that there is a corruption from the Iraqi side, is it true?
4- What is your idea about the deal and its cancellation?
It is worth mentioning that Iraq conducted armament deal with Russia Czech where the government decided to renegotiate with Russia due to corruption issues accompanied the deal.
