ISIL transports more than 1 million tons of wheat and barley from Mosul to Syria

 

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The terrorists of ISIL have transported more than one million tons of wheat and barley from Mosul city in Nineveh province to the Syrian cities of Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor, Agriculture Minister, Falah Hassan Zeidan announced.

Zeidan said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com “The ISIL terrorists considered Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor in Syria as safe areas for them, thus they brought wheat and barley from Mosul to these regions to preserve them after the great progress made by the Iraqi security forces toward Mosul.” /End/
