Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Kurdistani Alliance announced its adherence to attending the parliament session on next week.
The spokesman of the KA, Muayad al-Tayib, stated to IraqiNews.com “The Parliament bylaw involves the right of the Speaker to call for holding urgent session.”
“The KA is adherent to the parliament bylaw and will attend the session,” he added.
“Despite the fact that we believe it is hard to get the quorum for this session, we will attend it,” he concluded.
Nijaifi called, Wednesday, to hold an urgent session to discuss the political crisis two days before the scheduled date for resuming parliament sessions.
A statement by the media office of the Parliament cited “Nijaifi called to hold an exceptional session on next Sunday morning to discuss the current crisis.”
