Laban justifies voting for Article 38 of Pension law

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Sadiq al-Laban, of the State of Law Coalition justified voting for Article (38) of the Pension law.

Speaking to IraqiNews.com, he said “Voting on this Article was exploited by the political blocs to achieve some interests because they realized that the citizens are provoked from the officials’ privileges.”

“Some MPs voted for this Article because they have their own reasons and conditions, whereas others did not vote for it because they do not need to have the pensions,” he added, assuring that “I did not vote for this Article.”
