Rasoul: No settlement for Kirkuk province without dialogue between Baghdad, Erbil

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Kousrat Rasoul, the Vice-President of Kurdistan Region, visited Kirkuk province to be acquainted with the situation of the province after witnessing bombings on Wednesday that resulted in killing and inurning more than 200 persons.

In a press conference received by the correspondence of Iraqi News, Rasoul said “our visit aims at checking on the province after witnessing the bombings and to console the families of the victims,” calling the security forces to “Hold their responsibility to sustain the security and protect the citizens and their possessions.”

“There is no settlement for the situation in Kirkuk province with conducting dialogue between Baghdad and Erbil,” he concluded.
