Talabani receives congratulatory message from Canadian Premier on new year

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi President, Jalal Talabani, received a congratulatory message from the Canadian Premier on occasion of the new year.

Presidential statement received by IraqiNews.com on Sunday cited that “The Premier of Canada, Steven Harper sent a congratulatory message to Talabani in which he expressed his best wishes to the President on occasion of the new year.”
