Zibari, Kuwaiti Ambassador discuss positive progress in bilateral relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hoshyar Zibari discussed with the Ambassador of Kuwait for Iraq, Ali Mohamed al-Mu’min, the constructive progress that was achieved through the mutual cooperation between both countries.

A statement by the Iraqi FM received by IraqiNews.com on Wednesday cited “Zibari welcomed the Kuwaiti Ambassador where he received a written message from his Kuwaiti counterpart, Sabah Khalid al-Hamad al-Sabah related to the Iraqi-Kuwaiti bilateral relations.”

‘The meeting reviewed the positive progress achieved through the common cooperation and the UN assistance for Iraq to pay its international obligations and maintaining the interest of both countries to permanently settle the UN Charter’s 7th Chapter,” the statement added.
