Endorsement of State budget depends on Parliament conditions, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Member of the Financial Parliamentary Committee Najeba Najeeb assured that ”The Parliament is still discussing the State Financial budget of 2013,” attributing the delay in the endorsement of the State budget of 2013 law draft to “the lack in quorum and postponing Parliament sessions.”

She added in statement to IraqiNews.com on Tuesday ”The lack in quorum and postponing Parliament’s sessions is the main reason behind the delay in the Financial Committee’s work to complete the budget to be endorsed,” pointing out that ”We can not predict a date to endorse the budget since it depends on Parliament circumstances.” \
