(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Thursday, Iran’s Minister of Petroleum, Bijan Namdar Zanganeh, announced the suspension of the Iranian gas export contracts to Iraq due to some problems in the Iraqi system.

Namdar Zanganeh said in a speech followed by IraqiNews.com, “The gas contracts with Iraq had been suspended due to some problems in the Iraqi system.”

Zanganeh added, “We have two contracts to export gas to Iraq, and we are ready to export gas to Baghdad,” pointing out that, “Iraq has some problems related to the system.”
