Iraqi Housing Ministry allocates 30 mln dinars to establish new bridge in Babel

(IraqiNews.com) Babel – MP Sadiq al-Mahna announced on Sunday, that the Iraqi Ministry of Housing approved the allocation of 30 million dinars to establish a new bridge beside al-Betta Bridge to ease the traffic jam in Babel Province.
Mahna said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The Iraqi Ministry of Housing approved to pay 30 million dinars to Babel Province to establish a new bridge that will be a parallel to Betta Bridge in central Hillah in order to ease the traffic jam.”
Noteworthy, Betta Bridge is the only bridge in the city of Hillah, which leads to the southern regions, and it usually witnesses a traffic jam.
