(IraqiNews.com) Babel – The Head of Babel Provincial Council Haider al-Zanbour announced on Wednesday, that six international organizations vowed to build camps for the internally displaced people, in addition to providing industrial and agricultural projects to enhance the economic situation.

Zanbour said in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Six international organizations expressed their willingness to build camps for the displaced people and provide them with industrial and agricultural projects in order to enhance their economic situation in the different districts of the province,” pointing out that, “The numbers of displaced people in the province exceed 72 thousand people from Anbar, Salahuddin and Nineveh Provinces.”

Zanbour added, “A special committee from the international organizations started to discuss the displaced people needs with the local government,” indicating that, “The organizations vowed to build camps for the displaced people, as well as supporting professionals and peasants.”
