Anbar Council votes on al-Hashd al-Sha’bi participation in liberating Anbar

(IraqiNews.com) Al-Anbar – Anbar provincial Council voted on Sunday on the participation of the al-Hashd al-Sha’bi militia fighters in the military operations to liberate the province from ISIS.
Iraqi state television said in flash news followed by IraqiNews.com, “Anbar provincial council voted on the participation of al-Hashd al-Sha’bi in the liberation of the province from the ISIS group.”
On Sunday, Anbar tribes demanded the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to send urgent reinforcements and the entry of Hashd al-Sha’bi militia to the city of Ramadi, while the government called for closing the Syrian border with Iraq.
