There is no crisis in liquid gas distribution to citizens, says Oil Ministry

(IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, the Iraqi oil ministry denied there is a crisis in the distribution of liquid gas to citizens.

The ministry said in a brief statement received by IraqiNews.com, “There is no crisis in the distribution of liquid gas to citizens. Liquid gas production is going well as usual.”

The Oil Ministry announced on Sunday that the media is behind those rumors about a gas crisis in Baghdad, indicating that its current production rate is estimated at 165 000 cylinder.

It also demanded local councils to cooperate to prevent the exploitation of people by spreading rumors.
