IHEC distributes 80% of voting E-Cards in Basra

Basra (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission announced distributing 80% of the voting E-Cards in the province of Basra.The head of IHEC in Basra province, Hazim al-Rubayi, said to IraqiNews.com “IHEC distributed about million and 300 thousands of E-Cards all over the province.””IHEC opened 503 centers in the province with 3792 voting stations,” he concluded.
