MP criticizes Babel provincial council for failure in services sector

Babel, Hilla (IraqiNews.com) MP Thamer al-Alwani criticized the performance of Babel provincial council related to implementation of the service and construction projects.

Alwani stated to IraqiNews.com ”The province suffers of delay in implementing about 70 projects in services sector in areas, neighborhoods, cities and central of Hilla,” attributing that ”To chaos und unexperienced companies which, unfortunately, have been re-chosen again even after proving its failure.”

He added ”The provincial council reflected weakness in management of funds where the money disbursement rate can reach 50 or 60 percent of the gross budget of the province, yet, we do not recognize any accomplished projects.” \
