10 ISIS elements, senior leader killed in western Anbar

Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, a security source in al-Anbar province stated that the US-led coalition conducted an air strike in western Anbar, killing 11 ISIS militants including a senior leader.

The source informed IraqiNews, “Yesterday evening, warplanes of the international US-led campaign carried out an air strike against the ISIS shelter in al-Qa’em, 350 west of al-Anbar. The air strike resulted in killing the military leader of ISIS in the province, known as Abu Mohaned al-Sweidaway, and other 10 militants belonged to ISIS.”
