57 casualties within Peshmerga in clashes with ISIS near Jalawla
Diyali (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, a security source in Diyali province said that, 12 Kurdish fighters within Peshmerga forces have been killed and 45 others were injured in clashes with ISIS militant near Jalawla.
The source informed IraqiNews, “Voilent clashes between Kurdish paramilitary Peshmerga forces and ISIS militants near Jalawla, located 70 km in northeast of Baqubah, resulted in killing 12 Kurdish fighters and injuring 35 others.”
He added, “Some fighters are critically injured, among those who were wounded by explosive mines.”
