(IraqiNews.com) Kirkuk – A local source in Kirkuk province announced on Sunday, that eight civilians were killed in a bombardment by an “unknown” aircraft that targeted two houses south of the province.

The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “An anonymous aircraft bombed, today, two houses in the village of Yorgan in Daquq district (35 km south of Kirkuk), resulting in the death of eight civilians.”

The source, who asked anonymity, added: “the bombing led to the destruction of a number of the houses,” adding that “the village is still under ISIS control.”
