Atta: 40 ISIL fighters killed while targeting Baiji Refinery

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Spokesperson of the General Commander of the Armed Forces, Qasim Atta, announced killing 40 ISIL elements while targeting Beiji Refinery in Salah il-Din.

Atta stated in a press conference on Wednesday “Beiji Refinery was targeted by the ISIL elements where the Elite Force clashed with them and killed 40 of them.”

Over 75% of the refinery has been seized by ISIL fighters as reported by IraqiNews.com earlier today
