4 civilians killed, injured southern Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Two Iraqi civilians were killed while two others were injured due to an IED explosion in Madaen district of southern Baghdad.

Security source told Iraqi News on Saturday “An IED that was emplaced on a roadside in Madaen district, 20 km to the south of Baghdad exploded killing two civilians and wounding two others.”

“Security force blocked the explosion area and transported the injured to a hospital while the dead bodies were sent to the morgue,” the source added.
