Gunman killed, 2 IPs injured northeast Baquba

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) A gunman was killed while two Iraqi Policemen were injured due to clashes that erupted between Iraqi Security Forces and gunmen of the terrorist Islamic State in Iraq and Levant in Muqdadiya district (35 km) to the northeast of Baquba city, the center of Diyala province.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com Friday “Armed clashes erupted between a police force and a terrorist group of gunmen from the ISIL at the suburbs of Masuriyat al-Jabal area within Muqdadiya city,” noting that “The clashes resulted in killing a gunman and injuring two IPs.”
