4 IEDs explode in northern Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Four Improvised Explosive Devices went off consequently in northern Tikrit on Saturday.

Police source stated to IraqiNews.com “The four IEDs exploded targeting police patrols in al-Etha village killing three policemen and injuring five others.”

“The explosion resulted in material damages to two vehicles,” the source added.

“The security forces blocked the explosion area and transferred the dead to the morgue and the injured to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
