Iraq ranks 3rd in Arab countries with largest armies in the world

(IraqiNews.com) In ‘Global Firepower’ website’s assessment of countries with the largest armies in the world, Iraq ranks third among Arab countries with the largest number of soldiers ready to fight, following Egypt and Algeria.

The Chinese army ranks 1st (2333,000 soldiers), while the American army ranks 2nd (1400,000 soldiers) and the Indian army 3rd (1325000 soldiers).

The Russian army ranks 4th (766 thousand soldiers), followed by the North Korean army (690 thousand soldiers) and the South Korea army (624,465 soldiers).

The Arab countries with the largest armies are Algeria (512,000 soldiers), Egypt (468,500 soldiers), and Iraq (271.500 soldiers).
