Iraqi joint forces kill 46 terrorists in al-Baghdadi, Anbar

Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Saturday, a military source in al-Jazirah and a-Badiyah Operations Command announced, that 46 terrorists have been killed in an extensive security operation by the Iraqi joint forces in al-Baghdadi district.
The source informed IraqiNews, “A joint force consisting of army troops and local police elements, with support from the federal police and the Golden Division, in addition to armed tribesmen, has conducted an extensive security operation in the district of al-Baghdadi, located in al-Anbar province.”
“The operation resulted in killing 46 elements of the ISIS group, including 21 suicide bombers,” the source added.
“Violent clashes between the ISIS group militants and the security forces have broken out in the area between the residential block and the Guwana Bridge in west of al-Baghdadi district,” the source has noted.
