Iraqi PM: End of ISIS is going to be in Nineveh

(IraqiNews.com) On Monday, Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi asserted, that the end of the ISIS group is going to be in the region of Nineveh province.

After his meeting with Nineveh Provincial Council members, Iraqi PM Haidar al-Abadi said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews, “The end of the ISIS group is going to be in Nineveh, and the best way to defeat the terrorist gang is to coordinate our efforts and keep away from the policy of separation and incitement which will affect everyone.”

Last week, Abadi said, that the regions of al-Anbar and Nineveh are the last strongholds of the ISIS group militants, praising some noticeable gains by the government forces in Iraqi provinces.
