ISF enter suburbs of Dholuiya district

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Defense Ministry confirmed the entrance of the Iraqi Security Forces into the suburbs of the Dholuiya district of southern Tikrit city from the Airport side on Monday.

Statement by the Defense Ministry received by IraqiNews.com cited “Elements of the Iraqi Army/ Fifth Division supported by the volunteers liberated on Monday Amin Village near Dholuiya district from the terrorists of the ISIL.”

“Airplanes of the Iraqi Air Force, Sokhoy Type, conducted severe air strikes against the shelters of the ISIL near Dholuiya airport in a step towards liberating the district from the ISIL terrorists,” the statement added. /End/
