ISIL terrorists kill civilian in Tikrit

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) The ISIL terrorists kidnapped a civilian from Ain al-Faris area of Tikrit city and killed him.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The ISIL terrorists kidnapped the civilian and killed him in the same area, but rejected to hand over his body to his family.”
