ISIS imposes $800 per person for leaving Heet City

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – Seventh division commander of the Iraqi Army Maj. Gen. Abdul-Zobaie Nauman announced on Monday, that ISIS has allowed the people of Heet to leave the city in exchange of $ 800 per person.
Zobaie said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The organization allowed dozens of families to leave Dolab area in Heet city (70 km west of Ramadi) in exchange of the payment of $ 800 for each one of those families for the organization.”
Zobaie and added that “the organization has seized all properties of those families that came out of the city.”
