24 persons killed, injured, 4 houses destroyed in Tuz Khormatu

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) 28 persons killed and injured due to an explosion of a car bomb by a suicide bomber in Tuz Khormatu district of eastern Tikrit.

A security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “A car bomb with a suicide bomber exploded in Tuz Khormatu district of eastern Tikrit to result in killing 12 persons and injuring 16 others in addition to destroying houses and damaging eight shops.”

“A security force hurried to the explosion area and transferred the injuries to the nearby hospital for treatment and the dead bodies to the morgue,” the source concluded.
