(IraqiNews.com) Sinjar – Peshmerga forces have controlled the main road between Iraq and Syria west of Sinjar, while other fronts have witnessed a remarkable progress, a source informed IraqiNews.com on Thursday.

The reporter of IraqiNews.com said that the Peshmerga forces were able to control the 47th Street west of Sinjar city, considering it as a strategic road linking Iraq with Syria, while also added that the control of Peshmerga forces will affect ISIS supply routes between Iraq and Syria.
