Rutbah Mayor calls citizens to stay inside their houses

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The Mayor of Rutbah in Anbar Province Emad al-Delimi said on Sunday, that ISIS has allowed the residents of Rutbah to leave the city, while called the residents of the city to stay inside their houses.
Delimi said in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Today, ISIS allowed the residents of Rutbah to exit the city without any conditions,” pointing out that, “ISIS is intending to booby-trap these houses.”
Delimi called the residents of Rutbah to stay inside their houses and not to leave it in order to prevent ISIS from booby-traping those houses.
