Security forces cut off Gomhoreya Bridge in central Baghdad

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – A security source revealed on Sunday, that the security forces cut off al-Gomhoreya Bridge in central Baghdad.
The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The security forces cut off al-Gomhoreya Bridge in central Baghdad, and prevented the vehicles movement over it.”
Earlier today, Iraqi Cleric Muqtada al-Sadr entered the Green Zone in central Baghdad and decided to protest inside the area alone against the government’s slow pace of carrying out reforms.
