Security forces destruct 3 booby-trapped vehicles for ISIS east of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The commander of Anbar Operations Major General Ismail al-Mahalawi stated on Monday, that the security forces destructed three vehicles belonging to the so-called ISIS east of Ramadi.
Mahalawi said in a brief statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “An army force managed to destruct an armored vehicle, as well as a pick up vehicle carrying sub-machine gun in Albu Obeid area,” pointing out that, “All ISIS members inside the two vehicle were killed.”
Mahalawi added, “A booby-trapped Hummer vehicle driven by a suicide bomber broke down on the international highway,” indicating that, “The army forces detonated the vehicle, without inflicting any human or material losses in the security forces’ ranks.”
