Security forces foil ISIS attack on central Ramadi

Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, a source from the Ministry of Interior stated, that today 8 ISIS militants including an Arab sniper have been killed in violent clashes that took place in central Ramadi.

The source informed IraqiNews, “Armed clashes between Iraqi forces and ISIS militants today took place in al-Hawz area in central Ramadi. The clashes resulted in killing 8 ISIS militants, including an Arab sniper and a suicide bomber driving a vehicle before it was blown up by the Iraqi security elements.”
