2 soldiers & 1 civilian wounded in 2 separate attacks in southern Baghdad

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Thursday, a police source announced, that a civilian was wounded in an armed attack, while two other soldiers were also wounded in a bomb blast in southern Baghdad.
The source said in a brief statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “Today, unidentified gunmen attacked a civilian in al-Mahmoudiya area and shot him, wounding him with several injuries.”
The source added, “Meanwhile, an improvised explosive devices exploded in al-Sayed Abdullah Village in al-Mahmoudiya area on an army patrol, wounding two army soldiers.”
