Diyala, Baquba (IraqiNews.com) Several people were either killed or injured due to double explosion in northern Baquba.

Security source stated to Iraqi News IraqiNews.com on Wednesday “A car bomb and an Improvised Explosive Device sequentially exploded targeting a market in northern Baquba,” noting that “The explosions resulted in killing two civilians and injuring ten persons among them the mayor of Mansuriya al-Jabal district of northern Baquba.”

The source added “The police elements cordoned the explosion scene in anticipation of any further attack while the ambulances transported the dead bodies to the morgue and the injured people to the hospital for treatment.” \
