Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, the Iraqi Ministry of Interior announced that 46 militants from the organization ISIS were killed and wounded, including the official spokesman of the organization, Abu Mohammed Al Adnani, in an aerial bombardment in the district Alkaim western Anbar, based in the city of Ramadi (110 km in the west of Baghdad), confirming the destruction of a convoy, which was preparing to attack a brigade in the Iraqi army.

The Interior Ministry said that “fighter aircrafts, based on accurate information of hawks intelligence cell of the federal investigations in the Interior Ministry ,was able to hit the hideouts of the terrorist groups ISIS  in the Al Mashtal area western Anbar.”

The ministry added that “the air strikes that have killed and wounded 45 insurgents, and destroyed two wheels, in addition to striking a convoy, which was intended to attack on the brigade number 49, as well as injuring the official spokesman of the organization, Abu Mohammed Al adnani and the destruction of heaps of gear.”
