(IraqiNews.com) On Monday, a local source revealed that, news has arrived to the city of Samarra that the terrorist organization of the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Syria ISIS) is preparing to launch a major attack on the city on Arbain visit day.
The source said to IraqiNews.com that, “News has arrived to the city of Samarra in the Salahuddin province stating, that the terrorist organization ISIS is preparing to launch a major attack from several directions on the city.”
The source, who requested anonymity, added, “The attack will be on the visit Arbain day, the 13th of this month.”
Noteworthy, the visit of Arbain is one of the most important religious events for Shiite Muslims, and millions of them are keen to revive it by marching to the holy grave in the Holy City.
