Naft al-Janoub FC disregards deals with players from Brazil, Ghana

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Administrative Board of Naft al-Janoub Football Club decided on Wednesday to disregard concluding deals with players from Brazil and Ghana after being involved in a training camp which was concluded last Tuesday in Esparta city of Turkey.

The chairman of the Club Mohammed Wali stated to IraqiNews.com “The training team of the club was not convinced with the technical performance of the Brazilian player Leonardo and the player Ebo from Ghana during the training camp held in Turkey.”

“The training team wished to contract with the Romanian player Danial and we started to get the visa for him to enter Iraq to be the third professional player at the team after the Syrian Mohammed al-Daas and the Brazilian Allen Santos,” he added, noting that “We hope the next season will be similar to the former season in achieving positive results to be the stallion of the championship.” /End/
