Najaf produce 300 tons of tomato daily

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Agriculture announced a great rise in tomato crop production in Najaf province.The Director of Media Department within the MoA, Ali Mutayer, mentioned in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The tomato crop of Najaf province reached (3000 Tons) daily which occurs for the first time in Iraq.””The farmers are continued in marketing their crops to sell them for other provinces after achieving self-satisfaction in Najaf and other neighbor provinces,” he concluded. \END\
