(IraqiNews.com) The former President of the Soviet Union Mikhail Gorbachev passed away on Wednesday.Gorbachev was born on 2/3/1931 and he occupied the President post for the Soviet Union within (1988-1991) and he became the Chairman of the Soviet Communist Party within (1985-1991).He adopted the policy of re-building and he worked the US President Ronald Reagan to ending the Cold War, he also got Nobel Peace Prize in 1990, finally the Soviet Union was dissolved on 26/ December/1991 when Boris Yeltsin signed the convention of dissolving the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. \END\
