Poll: More than half Americans believe Obama’s policy in ME unsuccessful

(IraqiNews.com) On Thursday, a poll conducted by the America network ‘Fox News’ revealed that, about 54% of Americans believe that the U.S. President Barack Obama administration’s policy toward the conflict in the Middle East has failed.

The U.S. network said in a report followed by IraqiNews.com, “84% of Americans believe that terrorist elements will try to launch an attack on the United States soon, while 47% of those surveyed see that Obama reduces the importance of terrorist threats compared to only 6% who said that Obama exaggerated about those threats.”

The results of the poll also revealed that 58 % of Americans described Obama continuing to move forward towards the shutdown of Guantánamo as a mistake, while 32% agreed on shutting it down.”

60% of respondents see that the best way to deal with terrorist suspects is arresting them and bringing them to a military trial, while 24% agreed to launch strikes by U.S. unmanned drones to kill the terrorists.”
